Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dark chocolate 70% cocoa or more
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate, cream, and butter together over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
