Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz canned corned beef
  • 2 tbsp butter or cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • Optional: 1/2 cup bell peppers diced
  • Optional: 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • Optional: 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Optional: 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté onions and optional garlic until golden.
  • Add canned corned beef and cook until crispy on edges.
  • Optional: Add and scramble eggs or melt cheese.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Garnish with herbs. Serve hot.
