Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Form into patties or links.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • For meal prep, freeze uncooked patties in parchment-lined layers.
